Hybryn Privacy Policy

Hybryn ("we", "us", "the app") is an AI fitness coach. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, how we store it, and your choices.

What we access

When you connect your Intervals.icu account (via an API key or via OAuth), we read your training and wellness data from Intervals.icu: activities, training load, heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps, weight, and any nutrition entries you have logged. We only read data; we never write to your Intervals.icu account. With OAuth we request read-only scopes only (wellness and activities), and you see exactly what you authorize. You may also enter data directly in the app (for example goals, daily check-ins, weight, or meal adherence).

How we use it

We use your data to generate your daily coaching recommendation and to answer your questions in the coach chat. To produce the AI coaching, the relevant fitness data is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), which processes it to generate the response. Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data.

How we store it

Your connection credentials (API key or OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest. Your fitness data is stored in our database to power the app. Access is restricted to your own account.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers required to run Hybryn: Anthropic (the AI coaching) and our hosting and infrastructure providers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.

Your choices and rights

• You can disconnect Intervals.icu at any time, which stops any further access to your data.
• With OAuth, you can revoke access directly from your Intervals.icu account settings.
• You can request an export or deletion of your data by emailing us (below).

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove your personal data, except where we are legally required to retain it.
